We started by noticing that the most useful conversations rarely happen in conference rooms. Board games create a shared language, revealing how teams decide, improvise, and trust each other.

Our hosts assemble tables of eight to ten, select titles with elegant mechanics, and guide the group through a sequence that mirrors the creative process.

How we curate each table

We interview the host for intent, size, and desired outcomes. We map the game arc: warm-up, strategy, and synthesis. We capture insights and share a recap within 48 hours.

Working model

Sessions are paid per event or through a membership plan. We also license our library to partner studios that host recurring salons.

Invitation standards

We prioritize groups that value calm discussion, purposeful facilitation, and discreet venues. The salon is a space for thoughtful exploration rather than competitive play.
